ABOUT ME

Coco is a multi-faceted artist and designer who was born in Hong Kong. She believes that art asks questions and design makes solutions. Her current works are based on the city she resides in, Hong Kong, exposing what is normally overlooked, adapting cheap and found materials to challenge the way that we see the world. Coco’s work confronts us with questions of class and status, exploring the tensions of a modern hyper-capitalist city. 

Building on Duchamp’s legacy of the ready-made, Coco uses cardboard, polystyrene and some existing objects as the materials that crates to build skyscrapers.
